Broadway Series
Movement. Music. Storytelling.
Step into the world of musical theatre through En Pointe's rotating Broadway Series.
Each six-week session explores a different aspect of musical theatre performance, giving dancers opportunities to develop movement, musicality, character, confidence, and stage presence in a fun and thoughtfully guided environment.
Because each session brings a new focus, dancers can return throughout the season for a fresh experience.
A New Experience Every Six Weeks
The Broadway Series is designed as a rotating collection of six-week sessions rather than a traditional year-long class.
Depending on the session, dancers may explore Broadway-style choreography, musical theatre dance, tap, character work, storytelling, performance quality, or movement inspired by productions from stage and screen.
Each series is thoughtfully designed around its own theme or training focus, allowing dancers to experience different sides of musical theatre throughout the year.
What Dancers Explore
Movement
Dancers develop coordination, musicality, style, and performance skills through movement inspired by the world of musical theatre.
Character
Performance goes beyond learning choreography. Dancers explore intention, expression, storytelling, and how movement can help bring a character or idea to life.
Performance
Through combinations, choreography, and performance exercises, dancers build confidence while learning how to connect movement, music, and storytelling.
Rotating Series. More Ways to Participate.
Families can choose the enrollment option that best fits each eligible Broadway session.
Full 6-Week Series
Experience the complete session from beginning to end. Full-series enrollment offers dancers the most consistent experience and the best value.
En Pointe Flex Pass
Select sessions may offer the 4-Class Flex Pass for dancers who would like to participate but cannot commit to all six weeks.
Flex Pass availability may vary by session, particularly when choreography or material builds progressively from week to week.
Who Can Participate?
Broadway Series sessions are designed to complement a dancer's regular training while also providing an approachable way to explore musical theatre.
Recommended ages, experience levels, footwear, and any session-specific requirements will be provided with each series announcement.
Previous musical theatre experience is not required unless otherwise noted.
Beyond the Ballet Studio
Broadway training gives dancers another way to develop the qualities that make a compelling performer: musicality, confidence, adaptability, expression, and connection with an audience.
Whether a dancer already loves musical theatre or is experiencing it for the first time, each Broadway Series offers an opportunity to move, explore, and perform in a new way.
