To support a positive and productive training environment, En Pointe Performing Arts maintains the following studio policies.
These guidelines help ensure consistency, safety and meaningful progress for all dancers.

Consistent attendance is essential for technical development and group progress. Dancers are expected to attend scheduled lessons, rehearsals and performances whenever possible.
Families are encouraged to communicate absences in advance. Frequent absences may impact performance opportunities or program placement.

Dancers should arrive prepared for class in appropriate dancer attire with hair secured neatly away from the face.
Proper footwear is required for all technique classes.
Maintaining a professional appearance supports focus, discipline, and respect for the learning environment.

Dancers are expected to arrive on time and ready to begin class or rehearsal as scheduled.
Late arrivals may be asked to observe if it is not safe to join class in progress.

Participation in scheduled rehearsals and performances is an important component of training.
Families should be prepared to prioritize these commitments once roles and schedules are assigned.
Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

Tuition and lesson fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Registration or audition fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
Additional performance-related costs may be communicated in advance when applicable.

Students are expected to demonstrate positive behavior, attentiveness, and willingness to learn.

Studio updates and important information will be shared through email and other official communication channels.
Families are encouraged to reach out with questions or concerns at any time.

The safety and well-being of dancers is a priority.
Families are encouraged to inform the studio of any injuries or health concerns that may affect participation.Dancers recovering from injury may be asked to observe class or modify participation as appropriate.
Medical clearance may be requested before returning to full activity. -
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, class cancellations or schedule adjustments will be communicated as early as possible.
Families should monitor email and studio communication channels for updates.
Whenever feasible, make-up opportunities or alternative arrangements may be provided.

Photographs or video recordings may occasionally be taken for studio documentation, promotional materials, or social media.
Families will be notified if dancers are included in public-facing content.
Requests regarding media participation may be discussed with the studio. -
Make-up lessons may be offered at the discretion of the studio based on availability and scheduling considerations.
While every effort will be made to accommodate missed classes, make-up lessons are not guaranteed.

Class placement is determined based on age, experience, and readiness.
In some cases, classes or programs may reach capacity and a waitlist may be maintained.Families will be contacted if space becomes available.

To support dancer focus and independence, observation policies may vary depending on the program or class setting.
The studio strives to maintain a calm and respectful learning environment for all participants.
